This study aims to determine the effect of meditation 15 to 20 minutes on blood pressure, for 6 weeks with a quasi-experiment postes only design in the meditation intervention group for 15-20 minutes, 2 times a week. Sampling method with random sample,  57 patients with hypertension. Data analysis by multiple linear regression. The result of the research after 6 weeks showed that there was a significant effect on the diastolic blood pressure (p = 0,0495 <0,05) and simultaneously with the age and gender variable had significant effect on systolic blood pressure (p = 0,19 <0.05). As for the effect on systolic blood pressure 19% and diastoik 22.8%. Meditation is significantly more effective at redude systolic and diastolic blood pressure, it is recommended that patients always meditation 2 times a week to be able to control their blood pressure.
